BRIEF: Dallas-based actor and filmmaker Matthew Stephen Tompkins (Killing Down) returns to the USA Film Festival with this tightly-plotted suspense thriller. Nicholas McGregor (Tompkins) is a former hard-charging FBI crime scene investigator now living as a reclusive burnout.
